Excellent service
Not bad! Our experience was okay overall. Beds were comfortable, and room was clean. However I wished there was more room to keep luggage since it’s supposed to be for a family of 4, and a small dressing table. The elevators needs to be fixed, long waiting times, and one of the two elevators was not working during our stay.
Very convenient and reasonable price
MSK patient The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable. To those MSK patients looking for a hotel close to the E 53rd Street location and bus to the hospital, the hotel is only a little more than a short block away. The access to the Subway is only a half block away. Very convenient for Times Square, and anyplace else in NYC.
Very clean, quiet, large tv if you want to watch a movie. Decent bathroom. I'd come back.
I like every thing about the places.
