The room was clean. I had no issues checking in or out and the area was not bad for New York.
A memorable stay
Disappointing for a Hilton. We are Hilton Honors members so we typically like Hilton but this place was a disappointment for a number of reasons. First, they often had only one person at the front desk, regardless of whether there was a line, and even when they had two people, they had trouble multitasking, so a guest could wait five minutes just to have a simple question answered. I left my keys after checkout and the staff was so helpful. Very thankful for their help.
Property at a really good location. We walked everywhere in the midtown area. Subways are a block away. Subways gets you everywhere in Manhattan. Staff was great. Property clean. Beds were ok, a bit hard for me. Breakfast was good. We didn't do the buffet. We tried to do the bar but there was no vibe, no one in there. Looked like all they had was bottles and wine.
