Staff were all really nice. Hotel is located in an area that make most things walkable or if you want to take the subway it’s only 2 min walk away. Like most of the hotels located in older NY buildings the elevators are limited. One day it took us 20 mins to get off our floor as every elevator that arrived was full. All in though a great base to have for any NY trip.
Great location, well managed stay Amazingly located - makes travelling within Manhattan super simple. Well connected to the subway system. Rooms are typical of NYC - compact, but were okay for a family of 2 adults + 2 kids (we got the one with 2 queen beds). Food spots all around the place, so we didnt choose breakfast etc in the hotel. Rooms were clean, come equipped with microwave/small fridge. Would have appreciated a water kettle - asked, but they didnt have it.
Quick trip to the city Stay was great but there was no housekeeping and we were out touring the city all day. For sure an expensive stay? Fresh towels and housekeeping should be a given.
Great overnight date night hotel
It was a good choice for my budget. Didn’t get disappointed
