Good and comfortable
Muy bueno
I loved location. Very close to subway and times square are and central park. Did not like construction going on at the moment. Street maintenance of some sort going on, very noisy overnight. The elevator is a major fail, long waits for only 2 elevators.
Nice property but they had one of two elevators out for service with no signage or explanation. Had to descend 20 floors in the stairs because the elevator never came.
This hotel is in an excellent location. We felt safe, and the front desk employees were kind and helpful. Only complaint was that they made promises and didn’t deliver: When we arrived (much earlier than check in time), we asked for a call when our room was ready. We returned later with no phone call, and they said our room was ready. They never called. It’s okay if that’s not something they do but he should have just said that. Should had room service every other day, but out of 5 nights, we only had one service. Also, my kid's dirty laundry was in a plastic bag and it was missing after the room service, likely due to the cleaning crew thinking it was to be disposed.
