Great 1st visit First time staying at Hilton Garden Inn New York/Manhattan-Midtown East. It was very clean. We had beautiful views of the city. Staff was professional and friendly. Great location. We will be back
Great location. Loved the queen beds for our party. Nice size bathroom.
This place was really convenient to catching the subway line. - About a block from the Lipstick Building. Only thing that we wish was that the shower water temp wasn’t hot…it was more like lukewarm or warm. The carpets looked a bit rundown but clean. Otherwise, not a bad place to stay! Staff was really courteous.
Even though we checked out 4 hours early they did not let us to check in 1 hour early…..,
We had a great stay here. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating! The hotel was undergoing some work but it didn’t impede on our stay. The was one time one of the elevators broke down and it took quite a while to get to the lobby in that exact moment, good thing we weren’t in a huge hurry or we would have been late but the issues was resolved upon our return in the same day and it was usually fairly quick to get an elevator.
