Nothing in the room worked rude staff holes in curtains
To start I will say the front desk staff is very nice and helpful…but it ends there! The hotel is in need of refreshing! Run down, dirty..one day someone had spilled in and outside of the elevator and it was t cleaned up for hours!! One day we waited 20 mins for the elevator to get to our floor and then all the stops on the was down people were all waiting and complaining too! They NEVER cleaned our room in a 3 day visit!!! Close to everything we wanted to do.
they couldn’t find my hotel reservation, when they did they put me on the 26th floor with a broken elevator. There were only 2 and the working elevator was extremely slow and had no AC. There was also no water for the rooms and it was 96 degrees.
Dirty , small , old, restaurant not available. Too less elevator.
Subpar for a Hilton We made it NY which was amazing and the location is in great spot. The staffing is a concern along with cleanliness and items. To start no water available. The elevator only one worked had to walk the 16 flights thanks goodness I wasn’t on the 20th floor. Stains on the carpet right out of the doors. Room was subpar. It was ok, but left sour taste on staying at a Hilton again with staff and room.
