Staff was not always helpfull. Complaint about stains in bed sheets and pillow. They said they would solve it but they just tried to wipe the stains, while changing was our request. After 6 nights asked to change the sheets. I think this should be done automatically. 1 elevator is not working properly with our access key. They could not fix it, only recommended to use the other lift (only 2 lifts available). Price wise it was one of the more affordable hotels, so that conpensates for the lower quality of service.

Disappointed. Not only was our room freezing the first night and had to wait until the morning to have the temperature adjusted but our shower was clogged, room service never came to clean even when we left the room. I checked out earlier than I was supposed to, and I was supposed to be reimbursed instead I got charged the amount I was supposed to get back. I was awoken by a flood in the bathroom at 3 am. Had to get towels to keep the water back and shut off the leaky valve myself.

Overall stay was good except the carpet seemed dirty and brown. Quick check in, quiet rooms. Carry your own toothpaste, because they don't provide this! Also they have 2 lifts and 1 broke down. So we waited for over 45 mins for the lift while checking out which was very disappointing!!

I have never stayed at a hotel where the front desk staff was annoyed doing thier job like getting more soap when it ran out. I also had to change rooms because the bed was caved in and it was impossible to sleep in. On my checkout date, i ended up getting food poisoning and asked them for a late check out but they weren't willing to accomodate at all. This was one of the worst Hilton properties I have ever stayed in.
