Manhattan stay Great location! Staff is very friendly!
I wanted to leave my bags at the front to pick up later. As we had shopped downtown I had some things in a brown paper bag. They would not store this bag with our luggage so we had to come back early and carry all our bags throughout New York. They were afraid it would fall. I’m sure they could have sat it by the wall beside my other bags but no they couldn’t so my daughters and myself got to carry three large bags while we went shopping It was a joy for us
Did not care for fire alarm going off and on for about 20 minutes, called front desk; no answer. No overhead annoucement. Did not make one feel safe! Housekeeping was not very thorough when asked to return in ten minutes; came back to a unserviced room.
