We had to book a last minute stay for to stay near a hospital where my Dad was being treated. First time I had to make such an emergency stay, and everything worked out well.
This hotel staff are quite nice and welcoming. The hotel is comfortable and inviting. It is conveniently located to everything in the mid-town NY area.
Ignore the detractors. This isn’t The Plaza, and it doesn’t try to be. It’s a good, clean property in an excellent location. MTA stop (E, F, and 6) across the street and it’s a reasonable walk to the park or Times Square. Great restaurants nearby. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a Double Queen room for two adults and two kids (16 & 12). Decent size for a hotel room in NYC - room to walk around the beds AND space to sit at the desk. Buena ubicación y servicio, falta remodelar. La ubicación fue fantástica aunque los cuartos no cuentan con una buena vista al exterior. El hotel es algo anticuado, los cuartos también. Se escuchan ruidos de otros cuartos y mi ventana no cerraba del todo bien, por lo que entraba aire y ruido. Sin embargo el servicio fue estupendo. La limpieza de habitaciones la hacen cada dos días.
