This property had a little more wear and tear than the Hilton Garden Inns we’ve stayed at and service times took forever when we asked for additional towels, trash bags, etc.

Property was clean although the rooms and hallways were very small. Very hard to get luggage cart to and from the room. My largest issue was that I paid to have my car VALET for $85. When I checked out at 11AM I asked for my car and was told it would be around 10 minutes. It was 2 HOURS later! I was the first to request the car and nearly the last to get it. Good location in midtown manhattan. Quick walk to Rockefeller center. Clean room. The entrance is undergoing repairs, so there's scaffolding right in front of the hotel. Lobby bathroom can use some extra cleaning.

Our room could have used an update. You need to request cleaning, and it's any time during the day at their discretion. However, after calling twice and requesting the room be done within 3 hours, I finally got someone who agreed to do it before the 4pm window. Just note the kitchen prices are very high. It's easier to walk close by to a restaurant and get food to take back tothe room.

Towels are poor quality and small. Felt like Motel six type. The only way to turn in shower is in it go it states extremely cold, should have door near the water control to regulate before entering.
