My stay was overall good, only issue was the morning front desk person who was very not helpful when I asked for support on printing something. Other than that, great room, clean, easy subway access
location is good, next to Canal St Subway and MTA bus stop across the facilities. Staffs were not great and not welcoming, poor cleanliness, slow housekeeping and need constant reminder.
I was highly upset. I had purchased some food and put it in the refrigerator so it wouldn’t go bad just to come find out in the morning. The refrigerator does not even work very inconvenient.
Not Great… But Good. Served Its Purpose. Hotels served its purpose. Clean. Great location…. Only hope is that the shower head was busted & soaked the bathroom floor each day.
Best stay We arrived before the check in time before we were tired of the walking and glad they have a room available and the girl on the front desk was so nice and helpful because we made a lot of questions. They have hot cocoa at night because it was super cold. Room super clean and comfy bed. Definitely will stay again.
Some of the staff in the front desk aren't very cooperative with room selection requests. Overall you can't beat this hotel's location and convenience.
