Excellent Option I was most impressed with the staff responsiveness. They were great at working with customers. The place was clean and very nice. There was an issue with the heading and cooling in the room but it wasn't anything that made us dislike our stay. Close to the subway, shopping, food, etc.

Very noisy at night. Had to sleep with the fan on to drown out the noise. Carpet needs to be cleaned.
Convenient access to MTA. Hotel felt a little dated/worn.
Overall, my experience was good. However, some of the staff obviously didnt want to be there and didnt care to hide it. Also, I was the first person to shower in the room and there was hair in the shower. Im assuming it was from the last guest, but who knows. There were also black specs on the shower wall that looked a lot like black mold. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work, so this isn't terribly surprising.
