The bed was uncomfortable and it was so nosy! Was were room right in front of the mechanic room and it was so loud. All night there was noise … also the curtain wouldn’t even close ! It was so bright the entire night …. Most hotel would have blackout curtains but this place had curtains that was wide open and didn’t close shut. Outdoors was super loud with cars going. I would not recommend if you want a good night sleep.
Outdated, needs an urgent refresh. Not what I excepted from the description and the reviews
Needs a renovation Second time here, really wanted to like, location as good as it gets and spacious rooms (although not big on style, to put it mildly). However, this time, sheets too small for bed, tv not working (Oscar night!), heating erratic. Hotel desperately needs a renovation.
Fuja deste hotel Hotel muito ruim, ainda mais pelo preço que se paga. Velho, mal cuidado e com limpeza mal feita (lençol sujo do lado avesso para disfarçar). Além disso, tivemos problemas com a chave do quarto que parou de funcionar do nada. Depois disso até nos colocaram em um quarto supostamente melhor (era maior). Porém, era tão ruim e antigo quanto o outro. O atendimento é muito fraco, ainda mais na resolução de problemas.
Meh I was excited to stay at this hotel based on the reviews of others and that I have usually had a good experience with Hilton. This hotel was not as advertised. There was mold in the bathroom and it definitely needs some upgrading of the overall hotel. The breakfast was overpriced for what you get-definitely recommend eating off property because you are going to pay an arm and a leg for a terrible breakfast. The staff was very nice. Would not recommend.
The heat didn’t work. The off street parking they mentioned was closed at 11pm. Just expected a not more from this hotel. I wouldn’t go there again.
Avoid this hotel The hotel is quite run down and the staff were very rude. They wouldn’t offer housekeeping, even by request. The bed was small and uncomfortable and sheets noticeable yellowed. Hallway closet door/mirror didn’t work. I’ve used Hotels.com for 95+ nights since June 2021 and this stay was very disappointing.
