Staff was rude and unattentive to my requested early check in option. There was also NO valet parking option and advertised, the toilet did not work, and the rooms were small and dingy. Just terrible
Property was not clean - the staff at the front desk allowed several other guests to check in early, however told me and my guest that we had to wait until 3pm to check in. Our key fob continued to constantly become deactivated. Hotel Restaurant was also closed.
Front desk staff rude. No proper house keeping service
Deceiving Pictures on the website were totally different to the room received. I asked the front desk staff and when I showed them what I had booked on the website I was informed that the picture was of the penthouse and it was already occupied so I couldn’t stay in that room. I asked them to follow up when it would become available and no one ever got back to me during my 7 night stay. Will never stay there again, dirty and uncomfortab Place was very outdated and dirty. It was not cleaning service fault entirely, just everything was 100 years old and overused and beyond the ability to clean. Cleaning service could make little more effort for more hair inspection in the bathroom. Also there were old pipes banging all night every 5 minutes.
Unsere Zimmer war in hinteren Bereich des Hotels. Jeden Morgen kommen die Lieferanten und Müllabfuhr und,…deswegen sehr laut. Wir waren eine Woche dort und wurde nur einmal unsre Zimmer aufgeräumt und frische Handtücher aber nicht gesaugt. Es lag noch ein T-Shirt von den Gästen vor uns noch im Zimmer. Der Restaurant war geschlossen. Ich wurde diesen Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen.
