Very outdated.
Unfortunately I had a pretty terrible experience overall. Front desk staff were rude from arrival, and it only went downhill from there. We had issues with our electronic door lock not working multiple times, and each time they blamed it on us. They finally sent maintenance two days into our stay and after being locked out multiple times, at which point maintenance stated that the lock was broken. Poorly maintained
It's a NO for me. Stay ANYWHERE else. Arrived at 1am after booking last minute due to cancelled flight. Carpet was wet. Room smelled musty. There was hair in one of the beds - on the pillows, in the sheets. This was the last room available. We were exhausted so we just went to bed. The next day when we were ready to shower we found that the shower/bath faucet did not work at all. It was completely stripped out, and the handle just spun freely around in both directions. Would never stay again Horrible. Loud. Bugs. No food

Whilst the room was clean, it was tatty both in the room and in general. The rooms at the front are extremely noisy with traffic, sirens and people even with earplugs. The toilet made a constant noise too so don’t expect a good sleep. In the four days I was there, my room wasn’t cleaned once. The restaurant area was nice and location is ok but noisy. Cheap hotel for nyc but you get what you pay.
