the room was spacious, with microwave and fridge, with a big window on the street, eastward facing; the staff was very helpful; nice area to walk around
The staff were so kind and helpful. The room was sparkling clean and very comfortable. Really nice experience overall, I will definitely stay again.
Great place and reasonable price in Tribeca~! Front desk service (Samantha) was outstanding. Our room was decent size (two full beds) for NYC. Light breakfast offering in the morning with juice and coffee - nicely done. Only complaint is the beds were very hard and woke up around 3 am every morning with a bad back.

Quiet & clean Somehow the last two times we’ve stayed here we got the same room. The front desk texted us to see if we needed anything shortly after we got settled in It is VERY QUIET. The room itself could use a couple more sources of light, another lamp in the desk area and by the refrigerator/ microwave countertop. My husband suggested a mode on the heating unit where you could just have a fan running would be nice, he suffers from tinnitus and this helps him to sleep.
Very nice hotel Clean and comfortable, peaceful, nice space. I was late arriving and they checked in with me by text because I had stayed there before, which was a nice touch. Xavier took my text reply into account in reserving me a room. They also checked in with me the next day. I like the Keurig coffee machine and the room also had a fridge and a microwave.
Great location, friendly staff. GREAT location. Room pretty spacious by NY standards. Friendly front desk staff. Good value in an expensive city.
