The property was in a scary part of town and smelled terrible like cigarette smoke. We even tried a different room and it smelled worse. It was old a showed the wear. The windows were so dirty it was hard to see out of them.
This property was absolutely disgusting. The smell was unbearable and the staff was rude
Housekeeping only by appointment which i am not used to and room air conditioning was very poor it was not working .The location was in an area very difficult to navigate and parking expensive and limited
It was only when I asked about an extra charge of 75 dollar deposit, I got explanation. But even after checked out, it was not refunded. I needed to make phone calls to get it back. (Not sure if I get it back at this point yet).
This place is a dump. The entire place smelled like a septic backed up. The toilet in my room didn’t even work so perhaps that is what the smell was. Got no sleep before an early flight so spent way too much money to lie awake while my nose was burning from the stench. When I shared my experience I was told I would receive points for a free night in the future. Had to change rooms 3 times. Dirty, smelly, old, uncomfortable, gross
Property is probably fine. Expedia didn’t send me a confirmation email so when my trip was cancelled I didn’t have a way to cancel the reservation so I got charged for the first night. Then Expedias chat agents tried to pass the buck and blame me for their misstep. I don’t blame the Hilton garden inn at all but I won’t ever use Expedia again.
