I needed a hotel overnight in between flights out of JFK. The location was great; about 2 miles away and easy for my Uber to get to and from. But I was really disappointed when I arrived. It was dirty and smelly, the entire hotel, and when u arrived to my room it smelled even worse- like a urinal and cigarette smoke. There was also no water in the hotel room and none downstairs to purchase either. I honestly suggest spending a little more money and staying at TWA hotel right up the road if you can. The hotel smelled terrible, the rooms were dirty, the beds were uncomfortable, the area is incredibly noisy, and the staff was rude. Never, ever stay in this dump!
Absolutely terrible! The shower didn’t work in one room and the heat wouldn’t work in the other room, it wouldn’t go any higher than 65 and it was in the 40’s outside!!
The only thing I can say about it is it was near the airport and was able to get a room on short notice. Over priced/ disappointing food. Not worth what we paid for one night Very disappointing
Room was fine. At check in $50-70 was added to the room price. When I challenged the amount I was told it was to cover using the internet and if I did not use it, the money would be refunded. If I hadn’t notice the increase, it would have been an expensive internet service. The clerk should have informed us she was adding a potential charge.

Don't expect Hilton quality This hotel is a shuttle to the airport. If your flight is early, you have to taxi as the shuttle doesn't run until 8. Don't expect Hilton quality, my lock on my door was falling off. Maintenance came to my room 3times. Doors to the exterior of the building were propped open. Safety was a concern
