Avoid at all cost … spend the extra. The place needs rebuilding never mind refitting . I use Hilton Garden Inn everywhere… mainly they are between okay and stunning (aka Hilton Garden Inn -Krakow Airport) this was like the Hilton Garden Landfill. Abrasive staff, horrendous food options and I use options very loosely… Past tired, filthy, lifts/ elevators ridiculously slow …. Thank goodness I had just 6 hours here. Hot water in shower takes 10-15 minutes to become hit. Room heating takes 30 minutes to kick in once you check in on A COLD WINTRY DAY- UNACCEPTABLE. To get a ride from the airport you have to call a busy front desk and wait for them to order Lyft for you. All in all , with luggage, a harrowing experience.
Charged for room after calling to cancel 30 minutes after online booking. Never got out of airport or stepped foot on property. Reservation agent said she would verify cancellation via email due to Jet Blue flight delays and confusion.
without checking in at the hotel they asked for my credit card and said they would hold a value of $75 that would be returned after check out, they did not return it and when I call they put me on hold and do not answer anymore.
