Great staff and excellent service
I had a 14 hour flight that morning. When I checked in at 9:30 am, I was allowed to accessed the room early for a small fee. I am a Hilton Hotel Club member. I did enjoy my perks that day. Invaluable service. Ms. Sims checked me in that day.
