Second stay here. A very comfortable hotel and perfect location for JFK. Nice breakfast and clean, contemporary rooms.
No gluten free breakfast available
Ok for one night.
Limited seating for eating and service. Our food was given to another couple and waitress made excuses up and even asked the other lady if she would like her chicken sandwich switched out to what she really did order. Not very professional. However the food was great when we did get it.
The fact that they do not offer early check in.
Comfortable bed and room. There is a charge for Wi-Fi unless one joins the frequent user plan. Seems like a ripoff
