Very friendly staff. Clean, comfortable. Will stay again when traveling from JFK.
Close to airport. Industrial surroundings
The bed was very uncomfortable; it was too hard whereby I would wake up very sore from the hardness of the bed. The wall-mounted thermostat was not working properly. The temperature was set at 67, but the room was still warm. We finally turned on the old floor unit located under the window and it worked fine as far as cooling the room. Also, most hotels offer complimentary breakfast. The Hilton Gardens JFK charged for their breakfast. I will never stay at this hotel again.
