Really happy with our choice as I studied through many options before choosing Hilton Garden Inns. Staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was large, very clean, coffee, complimentary bottle of water, microwave and refrigerator. Comfortable bed and pillows. Air conditioner was a bit loud but not obnoxious. Looks like the hotel was recently remodeled. We ate in their dining room and the food and service was great. Staff was great.
No hot water in the bedroom/ No shuttle from the airport after 10 pm. Taxi cost me extra $28. No complementary breakfast Charged me $3.00 for water bottle in the room Not a good deal for $469!!!
Was very clean and accessible
1 night stay before our flight It was a great place to stay the night before our flight from JFK. The hotel has a shuttle which runs every 30mins. We were able to use it after we dropped our hire car back to the airport. Then again on the day of our flights. We were able to have a late checkout at no extra cost which made things more comfortable for us. We are in the restaurant and the burger was amazing.
