This was my third new vehicle experience, but I must say it was the best. Everyone from sales to loans to management. Our salesman, Ricky Tuner, along with the rest of the group, treated me and my partner with the utmost respect and treated us like we were somebody. We ended up with a much better deal than was expected and a much nicer vehicle than was originally looking for. I would recommend Hixon AutoPlex in Leesville to anyone.
We have dealt with several Ford dealerships from LA ,TX, Ohio and recently Kansas, depends on which state my husband is in. Hixson Ford in Leesville is the one we prefer. They have worked for us and corrected mistakes other dealerships have made. Thank you Mike Brenski you have been the best. When my husband and I walk thru the door he is right there shaking our hands and immediately attends to what we need to have done. He will do what is needed to answer any question we have. We were interested in a Tahoe, called Monday Sept. 22nd morning and was directed to Amanda. Told her what we were interested in, that we had a trade & completed the credit form. It went back & forth all day with questions which we provided, by the end of the day, they close at 7 by the way, still no word, still no report done, still no numbers.
