From being one of the top sellers, to educating military families of their benefits (SCRA Benefits), to being active at military events (trunk or treat, ACS events). My husband and I have purchased 6 vehicles from Hixson dealerships over the last 15 years. For the most part, we have been very pleased with the service we have received until today. I took my Explorer in for an oil change and a warranty issue. As I went to pay with a Ford Rewards Visa Card, I was informed that if I used a credit card, I would be charged an almost 4% surcharge. While Tony Garcia is an awesome salesperson, whom I highly recommend, and I still enjoy Ford products, my recent experience has left me feeling as if this Ford dealership is not as good as its word. I bought a vehicle and during the later stages of negotiating the price, I gave them a military appreciation certificate. I left that day, promising to come back. They are a joke and will lie to you just to get you buy from them. I bought a use car from them this year and the car had a recall on it which they told me about but I was also told they will get appointment at a kia dealership to fix the recall. I called a few time a week but I was sent to voice-mail everyone. I had it for three months when it broke down leaving me on the side of i10 in TX at 11:30 at night.
