I purchased a brand new Lincoln in June. It was not the exact car I test drove, which I loved. I did all the paperwork & They brought it from another dealership. After driving it home, I realized there were issues. I am certain it was the lemon of the lot. I call my salesperson numerous times & she never answers or returns my calls. No one has ever reached out to me. I have had to make several appointments for things to be done & have had to wait hours - even with an appointment. Don’t not go here for service! Horrible horrible horrible. Took my truck here for diagnostic service and left with new issues that they can not fix after 3 weeks. They will not refund or make the situation right! Managers don’t call back, horrible customer service and horrible technicians. They bought my truck back to me with all kinds of wires hanging bythe gas peddle🤬
I will never buy another vehicle from here, if it wasnt for the service staff I would have NOTHING positive to say at all.
This time it took over 2 hours

Bought a certified Lincoln with 2 years of factor or 38000 miles left got home open passenger door found lots of rust at the bottom of door took it back to leesville got manager to look at it he talk to his manager come back told me it was not covered when to hixson in Alexandria they took pictures sent it to ford for approval 2 hours ford said fix it hixson in Alexandria 10 manager in leesville O . U ask

My parents have been a loyal customer for years buying both Ford & Toyota’s from Hixson of Leesville. They recently had the worst experience buying a new F-150. My mom found interior scratches less than 24hr after purchasing and was told, “How do we know they aren’t from you?”

My husband bought a car on Thursday and two days later the ‘change oil’ light comes on!! After they claimed to just have put $1,200 of maintenance into the car who doesn’t check the oil before they sell a car?!? You took our money but gave us a car that two days later needs an oil change?! Y’all can give us our deposit back...Keepin it classy �
