Went there to get tires rotated and to get a fender flare fixed on a Toyota we got there Tuesday and they said had to come back on Thursday to get flare looked at cause only got earnest person there one day a week now that is real inconvenient to make 2 trips and have to leave work early cause they to cheap to pay a fulltime one but they charge enough on extend warnety to
Took truck in running and it left not running. Tech messes up and management covers it up with excuses. General manager is rude and dose not know about fixing vehicles. Home store manager is no better. Try to get them to fix it so i can get home to wisconsin but they wont. This place is awful!!! I have been waiting 3 and half hours for a 30min oil change. Want to hear the best part they still aren't done !!! I will drive to deridder where you will be waited on in a timely manner. I will never do business here again!!!
