One toner replacement later it doesn't work. This printer worked for a year on one cartridge. Once it was replaced the print quality decreased tremendously, grainy dark shadows print with the text on the background of every sheet. The wifi doesn't connect easily and we constantly have to reset it.
Don’t buy unless you like all of your work printed on a gray background Prints gray lines/background. Tried all support options. They sent a new toner cartridge but same problem.
Piece of Crap Constantly plugging in and out, pushing "go", restarting, trouble shooting piece of crap to get it to print awful.
Piece of Crap-BUYER BEWARE!!!! Productivity Drain I have two of these. I purchased the two tiered one on March 2018. DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER When I first started using this printer, it was honeymoon time. Soon thereafter, it started printing pages with creases and toner spilling everywhere. I called Brother and they sent me a refurbished printer. Four months later and I am in the same position as the first one. Do not buy this printer.
Absolutely not recommended. waste of time Waste paper A waste of money. It continues to jam and does not come out accurately.
didn't work is not working like it says the worst printer
Always keep the box in case you have to return It is not working properly not sure if it's the toner or the machine was dropped from the factory or what not but not worth returning especially since I threw out the box thinking that it's a new item and I don't have to worry about it
Having Issues with the Toner Leaking My toner started leaking just after I set it up. Easy setup Including printing from my iPhone However the toner is leaking and gives my printer page the look of marble. Can anyone Help?
