Switched to Hocon for my propane thanks to one person, Tony the service manager. Tony helped me with some repairs to my very ancient, but very beloved **** range. In the grand scheme of things these were very small jobs but Tony treated me as if I were converting my whole house to propane. By the way, we now are planning to convert the whole house to propane when we do some renovations. Thank you to Tony and his professional crew, Eric and Jake!

Pool Heater Repair Hocon responded quickly to my service call during peak season which was much appreciated. They diagnosed and repaired the issue quickly at an affordable price. I will certainly use them the next time I have an issue.

Gary (Sales) and Lour (Service Tech) were awesome! We thought we had a small leak (luckily they didn't); however, they were out in less than an hour and fixed it all up. Very happy with the team! ****

We installed a propane fireplace from Hocon Gas, after a few ‘hiccups’ which we were frustrated with, Gary R******* from the Norwalk office rectified the project. He went above & beyond to make sure were were completely satisfied with everything! 5 stars***** to Gary! We definitely do business with them again.

So friendly & gracious when setting up business with them. So after only a year we have moved on even though they own the tank which cost $159. a year to rent and they are to service free of charge well that doesn’t happen and when you tell them what is going on and that we as the customer didn’t touch their tank( we weren’t getting any gas to the house) knob had been turned off, we were accused of turning it off, didn’t happen we were charged for a service call and called liars, as their long time employee didn’t do anythin... read more

I had the most horrible customer service review with Hocon today. I called to discuss the $3 increase in my price from Jan to now (Oct) and instead of receiving an explanation I was made to feel as though I had done something wrong just for asking. She was very dismissive even after I explained to her that my questions were reflective of me not knowing much about Propane. When I asked to speak to the manager I received even more attitude. I have never been so disappointed.
