After dealing with several other roofing companies that were less than impressive, we were immediately struck by how different our experience was with Holden and especially with our sales rep, Scott Merrill. John Pearson was very professional and guided us throughout the process from start to finish. He answered any and all questions and was very responsive to calls.
Holden rep, John Capadonna, did a great job assisting with my insurance claim and job ran smooth. The roofing crew was terrific. They were right on time to begin work as scheduled. Very pleased with the work and professionalism.
From the initial introduction Frank Kastl the project mgr took us step by step, explaning the ins. side to expectations limitations regarding our roofs condition, regarding roof energy efficiency, and id'd the damage to our fence. Work day can't help the noise but the team was diligent in arriving early, safety for themselves, covering outdoor furniture + plants, sweeping the ysrd the neighbors yard for debris + errant nails. Thank you Holden Roofing for a job well done.
