Very clean, friendly staff, great location
Staff was amazing. Place was convenient to every where I wanted to go. I definitely would stay here again. Hot breakfast was nice. But go for breakfast between the hours of 6-7:30 am because after 7:30 am it gets extremely busy and seats are hard to come by.
Room was clean and beds and pillows were comfy but it was SMALL. Great shower.
It kinda stunk when we walked in. The hotels around this hotel definitely look better. There isn’t a microwave or fridge so keep that in mind but you’re near Times Square or right around the corner from Port Authority Bus Terminal so food is everywhere. Ice machines are on upper level floors like 8,16,20sum. And they have complimentary breakfast in the morning so that’s good….dont expect good food tho trust. But the room was clean and they give you snacks and water on arrival.
