I give this property 4/5 stars mainly for a couple of reasons but 1st the positive the room we stayed in was great we had a city view room & amenities such as deodorant toothpaste etc were provided had we forgot ours we were provided with water bottles daily & we had free breakfast offered as well theres also snacks provided in the lobby cookies and tea. Our room had dove shampoo body wash &hand wash we had a do not disturb sign & housekeeping left us a note stating they stop by & to call b4 12 if we needed service.Location ... read more
Very pleased with our stay. The room was clean and quiet. Comfortable. Without a doubt very centric location.
Clean and comfortable Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Loved the full size Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the room. Breakfast was good - eggs, sausage, biscuits, cereal, etc. Coffee was surprisingly very good. Only gave 4 stars because sometimes it took forever to get on the elevator. I know it's a tall hotel, but it was a little annoying to wait 15 minutes to get on the elevator. Just anticipate that if you are planning to stay here.

The air conditioner was not working, the room was dirty and had bad smell. The bathroom door was so hard to open and close. The bathtub was dirty looking.
The location is great, but the room cleaning wasn’t.
Small rooms but friendly staff Rummen var små om man är 4 st men det är ju så det är om man inte vill lägga en förmögenhet på boendet centralt på Manhattan. Frukosten var ok och gav en bra start på dagen. Personalen var trevliga och hjälpsamma
