Dated, elevator wait are horrible.
I paid extra money for a higher floor, but One of the mattress was dirty, it had snacks empty packages inside and the other mattress sinks in parts, I called to change of room and they say not, I asked for new blanket and sheets and they never gave them. So, I went to target bought a sheets and inflatable mattress. Bad experience! I would like to have that money back!😒
Room was comfortable & a good size for NYC. Breakfast was basic options but certainly did the job. Complimentary bottles of water & chips was very nice & appreciated. Would stay here, again .
Property is in a great location. Close walk to Time Square, Subways, and in general walking distance to top sight seeing attractions. There is only two elevators for 30 floors so plan to wait a while for it to get to you. The rooms are VERY small. A double room doesn’t have much room for two couples with 2 luggages. No room to just chill in the room.
Overall the experience was good. Needs work on house maintenance. When we returned the room was not made. Faucet was leaky too. Bfast area was nice. Selection of bfast item was good. Ice machine kept running out of ice. Front counter needs help. Room size and comfort was great. Lobby water needs to be refilled more often always empty
