Covers the basics. Convenient for a short stay. The hotel was clean and the room was tidied and cleaned every day. Breakfast was basic but substantial. Plastic cutlery and paper plates. Tiny dining room was often full and guests needed to wipe down their own tables. Location is central and great for transport links but the local area is not so great for walking at night. great location but not worth the money. Lifts took forever to come. Breakfast was awful. Lots of insects in the bathroom and outside hotel stank of piss from the homeless people who congragated 10 yards away.

Minha estadia no Hollyday Inn O hotel, no geral, é bom. Uma ótima localização e quartos limpos e confortáveis. Só achei que a iluminação é fraca no quarto. E outra coisa que realmente não gostei foi do pessoal da recepção, sem nenhuma simpatia e que não faziam a mínima vontade de ajudar com as dúvidas, principalmente, se vc não fala inglês.

Boa estadia, mas preocupado com check-out Staff eficiente no geral, mas recepção desagradável em toda a estadia. Pior foi não ter comprovante de lançamento de calção e AINDA PIOR NÃO TER COMPROVANTE DE CANCELAMENTO DA CAUÇÃO.
