Mellemklasse hotel Kun 3 stjerner. Der var det der skulle være. Meget ventetid ved elevator (27 etage) og morgenbuffet. Typisk (dårlig) amerikansk morgenbuffet. Gratis vandflasker hver dag. Rengøring OK. Nedslidt. Personale var søde og hjælpsomme.

Excelente ubicación hotel acogedor buen servicio. La habitación bonita y limpia con toda las amenidades incluida cafetera keurig con sus cápsulas que reponían a diario. Servicio de habitación diario muy eficiente. A una cuadras del times square del summit, de la 5ta av… etc

Easy walk to Times Square and to the High Line. Comfortable and good value. Added bonus is that the bedroom windows open for ventilation if like me you prefer a natural breeze instead of aircon, otherwise the aircon works fine if that's what you choose. Cooked breakfasts were nice. Area safe for women travelling solo.

Well located to theaters and attractions. Breakfast was good, but limited seating made it rushed and uncomfortable. Staff was friendly and courteous. Worst part of stay was the bed! My wife’s bed was too hard and she could feel springs. Mine was noticeably slanted in one direction.

Room had a urine smell. Front desk person would not make eye contact to acknowledge you were waiting for service. Sometimes just a greeting with a smile and assuring a guest you will be with them as soon as you can, goes a long way. I left the desk once as I could not be sure whether she knew I was there or would get to me in time.
