Great location
Not truly in Times Square. No shower stools for those with handicap. New person on front desk asked for credit card for “incidentals” but ended up charging all room charges to that card—over $500! Staff member who handled unloading, baggage & valet parking was terrific!!! Took about 1 hour to get car back at checkout. Good breakfast! We had rented 3 rooms as it was a family vacation and we were there to see a Broadway Musical. Stayed for 5 nights, place is a little run down but it was clean, comfortable and staff made an effort to keep up despite how busy it was.
The staff was very courteous and my room was very clean.
Todo muy bien. Buen servicio y muy buen desayuno.
Lo mas que me asombro fue el personal, el personal del front desk el personal de la cocina, bien atentos bn serviciales , siempre listo para atender no importa la situacion, su personal merece 20 estrellas
