The room smelled bad. Everytime we come in from outside it smelled like someone has been smoking inside the room. We cut our trip two days short because the hotel didn't meet our expectations. The water in the sink smelled like sewer. The AC didn't work very well. Some of the front desk people were rude. Also, keep an eye on your cards that you used when you check in. They have charged me extra $250 multiple times. And the bad part is they refuse to help me. I would never stay here again.

Good location, but a shame there was mould on the carpet. Bathroom is dated & shower curtain didn’t smell very pleasant. Deposit taken & then deducted tourist tax - still not received correct remaining balance of deposit.
Room was stinky also.. elevator was very bad and it’s running very late no space at all
Mattress comfort was non existent

Not a very good experience could barely understand the desk clerk behind the desk wasn’t very friendly. Only two elevators available for almost 38 floors half of the time the elevators got stuck carpeting on the floor was dirty.
La localización es buena. Las habitaciones son extremadamente pequeñas. Los matres estaban rotos y durisimos. El area del desayuno daba terror parecía un campo de guerra. Lo unico positivo quw puedo señalar son las muchachas de servicio que eran muy atentas y amables. El elevador otro grave problema a la hora de hajar en la mañana. Tambien un grave problema los deambulantes en frente del hotel "inseguro" .! Mucho hongo en las habitaciones "alfombras" .
