SPECIAL THANKS FOR FRONT DESK ORLANDO for going beyond and providing excellent customer service. I always choose Holiday Inn - love the comfy beds, and value for Money breakfast . Also location is perfect for tourist and Javits convention attendees. Walking distance to Time square/Broadway. Safe .
It was close to the heart of Times Square.
The rooms are very small and the hotel only has two elevators for 36 floors. The breakfast area is tiny and crowded.

Nothing special Front desk service by Dewayne was excellent. The supervisor had an attitude and provided no service whatsoever. It took them an hour and a half to get my car out of valet. The rooms are very small and the beds uncomfortable. For the money, there are much better choices.
Host was nice for sure, hotel is very outdated. No refrigerator in more. Room smells like mold. Very small. Breakfast was ok. Location was ok as well. I wouldn’t stay again at this location.
