Valet parking was great and worth the money. The staff were amazing. The room was very small but clean. The elevators were a huge problem. We had to walk down the stairs to the lobby each morning. We had to carry our luggage down to the lobby the morning we left. It also took forever to get an elevator up after breakfast. The breakfast was okay but there was no where to sit. The hotel was great place! Very strategic point of stay near a lot of stores, very clean, good service, overall a very great experience!

Good location, helpful staff but elevators are old, not working well, and just 2 elevators for oeople on 36 floors. A nightmare!
