Solo dos elevadores pequeños. Para subir o bajar llegamos a esperar 25 min. habitaciones un poco incómodas, los matress muy malos con hoyos. El desayuno y el trato excelente.

Very clean, spacious from NY’s perspective…I arrived early at 7am but the receptionist was helpful to have offered me early check-ins, which was wonderful. Just that going up to my floor doesn’t require tapping card at the lift, which is a bit insecure. Other than that, I enjoyed it a lot.
Problems with the elevator. Key card constantly not working, had to keep getting it reactivated.
Overall it was ok. The location is near Times Square (walkable). Our room had an unpleasant odor that came from the water of the bathroom, the carpet was also wet. The key cards were not working properly. We had to go back to the front office many times. At last, there are only 2 elevators, when 1 was down we had to wait around an hour to go downstairs. Anyway, the staff is very helpful and nice, especially Michelle and Deven !
Great hotel. Why was I charged a security deposit at check-in, when ì had paid in full in advance? I was told that it would be refunded on checkout however at checkout i was told 5 days after checkout i will receive my deposit back. Not impressed
The best part of the hotel is that it is so close to Times Square and the Theatre District. It is completely walkable.
Muchas gracias por atendernos, buen servicio y ubicación, el desayuno muy bueno y variado estilo americano. El único detalle fue con el elevador, pero por todo lo demás, todo bien.
