Time square location
Everything was good except that in the mornings, during the breakfast rush, it can be really hard to get an elevator. They are full to go down and there’s a line to go up.
GREAT location, very nice and clean, and free breakfast was good. The only downside to my experience was their elevators weren’t always working (I was on the 33rd floor) and most of the housekeeping staff was rude. However, overall they were fantastic!
Close enough to Times Square and Subway station, but far enough away that it’s not crazy crowds outside hotel. Also didn’t hear any road noise from room but we were on the 36th floor so that might have been it.
Great location, nice view from the room. The breakfast was okay, didnt taste the best.
I had wonderful stay
The room was very small, but it is New York. The elevators were also very small and, especially in the morning when people were getting breakfast or checking out, the wait would be a long time to get on an elevator, and then would often stop at every floor, or most of them, making it that much longer. Several times, I had to wait 3 or 4 cycles of the elevator passing before I was able to get on one. It has a 6 person capacity, which people often ignore.
