My room was not clean when I arrived. The carpet was dirty and had large stains. The toilet wasn’t flushed and still had waste in it. Ugh…. The furniture was worn down and needed to be replaced. The AC had broken vents and didn’t work properly. The shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed because it wasn’t long enough. The wait time for the elevator was too long. Unorganized
It was a very dirty hotel. Free blast was much too overcrowded to enjoy or even go to. To serve 400+ guests in a 30x15 room is ridiculous. Room was not clean and staff was in un-knowledgeable. I was lied to over the phone when reserving room. I told valet that if he had to move the seat when parking that I would park the car myself and he said he wouldn’t and when I received my car it was moved in many ways. It was my worst experience in a hotel ever
