I checked in on September 24th and checked out on September 25th. I paid a deposit of 75 dollars upon my check-in. During my one-night stay, my credit card was mischarged by this hotel for another 190 dollars. The front desk told me that this amount of money will be refunded to me together with my deposit within 10 business days. Until now, I have not received these two amounts of money. This hotel is a fraud. I will sue this hotel through small claim court to get back my money.
Location was so so..lots of homeless people sleeping on the sidewalks, dirty area. Hotel did not feel clean. Our room was very shabby..torn chair, bathroom musty
Das Frühstück war super halt alles typisch amerikanisch. Haben auch jeden Tag neue Handtücher bekommen. Unser Zimmer bzw das Bett wurde während unserem gesamten Aufenthalt nicht einmal gemacht. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption wurde uns mitgeteilt das man dies extra buchen muss. Sorry aber das habe ich noch bei keinem Hotel erlebt.
Solo había un elevador funcionando para 36 niveles. Mala atención.
Disappointing Only one elevator worked. Long waits to go up and down. Had to keep resetting the keys. Had to ask multiple times for towels and garbage pick up. Staff was not knowledgeable. Breakfast room floor was very sticky. Told staff toaster did not work everyday. Nothing done. Initially the key they gave us at check in was for the wrong room luckily we didn’t walk in on anyone. When we saw clothes and bags we walked out and went back to check in.
Very bad. 36 floor hotel and only one elevator works,nightmare.
