the staff that attends in the dining room does not respect the clients, they are always getting in the way when serving one as a client.
Non functional elevators, staff had to be reminded multiple times about a request. Unwelcoming staff. The lights in the room were too dull.
There was nothing good about this tiny box hotel. Smelled like piss in the room and weed smelled on every corner.
Excelente ubicación, hotel viejo, feo y descuidado Lo único bueno del hotel es la ubicación y el desayuno aceptable. Los elevadores lentísimos. El hotel bastante descuidado y sucio. Las habitaciones igual, viejas, descuidadas y sucias. Pedimos que hicieran el cuarto y nunca lo hicieron. La gente de recepción bastante nefasta.
Overbook and underwhelming Overbooked and gave away room even after I called beforehand to ensure a room would be available, knowing I would be traveling 10+ hours. Bathroom sink did not drain well. Ventilation was poor and made the room musty.
Requested $150 security deposit for protecting the extremely small room, broken coffee machine, no chair, no refrigerator, narrow hallway? Except cleanness, not a good experience.

NOT worth the 2 grand There was one gentleman at the front desk that was super friendly and I appreciated his kindness. Unfortunately there is a lady that works at night who was EXTREMELY rude when I asked if my food delivery was at the counter. There was black mold in the shower and on the bathroom wall paper. There is no ventilation in the restroom - no fan. Housekeeping left our hotel room door ajar after cleaning and we could've been robbed or worse.
