Definitely NOT worth the price. When we got to the hotel we were told that one of the elevators was not working. We learned that it had been out of service for over three weeks. 36 floors and one small elevator. Really? Worst of all, the housekeeping staff would ride on the one working elevator, which meant that only 4 patrons could ride at one time. The room was just OK. The bathroom was the size of a broom closet. Nonworking Elevator & Computer Over $200.00. per night. They wait until customers check- in to spring on them the elevator doesn't work and the business center computer doesn't work. Shameful!
Just ok. It was ok. Lots problems though. There was only one elevator that worked and the hotel had 36 floors. In the morning you had to wait along time. We ended up walking down 19 floors.ugh. Air didn’t work properly. It stayed on one temperature the whole time. Very cold. Hair dryer didn’t work. That was a big issue for me. And toilet seat didn’t stay up for men. Other than that the front desk people were very nice. Not staying there again. Never write a bad review but this had to be said.
The staff was very friendly. The bathroom felt like it was falling apart
I'm not sure if I would have liked my stay here. Everything was blotted out by only one working elevator and having to wait in line to use it. At checkout, the elevator was already full each time it came to our floor and we had to haul our luggage down 22 floors to get out of there. Even with the second elevator working, I'm not sure the experience would improve.
Only one elevator working had to take 18 flight of stairs multiple times to leave and go back to room
I have to say that by far this has been my worst stay at this hotel. Even though I booked my reservation more than a week ahead I also called 3 hours ahead of time to let them know I was on my way. When we arrived at the hotel they didn't have a room for us. The manager wanted to put me in a single bed room I said no because we were more than 2 people.
