I have stayed at many hotels in New York City over the years and I must say this hotel had the kindest, most hospitable staff I have ever experienced in New York City. Kudos to the team at this hotel!!!!

The room needed several maintenance items attended to. The ac/heat unit didn't seal so very cold air was constantly coming in from the gap around it. The toilet paper holder was broken. Several knobs on furniture needed to be fixed. Not enough elevators really to service the amount of people staying there. We had to walk down the stairs many times because the elevators were too busy. Luckily we were only on the 3rd floor. The breakfast they served was great though. Staff was pretty decent.
