Upon check in at 0130 the night clerk stated she couldn’t check us in because she was transferring the computer then filled all her goodie bags and once filled then checked us in. There was no refrigerator in the room if you’re just looking for a bed to sleep in this is your place no amenities decent location
Mucha cantidad de habitaciones para 2 ascensores. En el desayuno se complica conseguir mesa. Sino seria perfecto por unicacion y comodidades

Bom custo benefício! De modo geral é um hotel bom para se hospedar, muito próximo de várias atrações de NY. Quarto, chuveiro e cama são bem confortáveis, apenas meu ar condicionado deu problema e eles foram arrumar porém, ele não funcionou nos demais dias. Não cheguei a reclamar novamente pois o tempo estava frio. Se estivesse calor, poderia ser um problema. Mas o atendimento do hotel é bem cordial e temos um bom café da manhã. Voltaria numa próxima estadia em NYC
The room itself was clean enough. Someone had left the shower head pointing out, so we accidentally made a mess when we turned on the shower. A person loudly begging for change needed to be escorted out by security while I was checking in. Another hotel we stayed at in the area was much more on top of this and it was not an issue. I would not likely recommend to anyone.
The location is on a street where nearby buildings are being renovated and there are people loitering at night. It’s not a very busy and there are no restaurants very close by.
