The staff was the best ever! They were kind and attentive. Room service was good. Everything was clean every day with clean towels. The breakfasts were really good. The facilities is old and needs a kind of room renovation and new furniture but if you just need a place to sleep like us and visit NYC by walking and using the train is perfect because of the location.

Great location, staff etc but it needs updating and was very expensive for what it was.
Excellent check in and accommodated for early check in as well as late check out. Provided water and some snacks during the day as well as a decent breakfast. Would absolutely stay again.
We loved our stay! The only downfall was the elevator took forever, because it was the only one in the building.
