We happened to be there during lovely weather and sat outside in the front often. Good breakfast.
Overall really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Clean room and really relaxing size.

Hotel was great. Quiet, clean, close to Penn station. Liked the breakfast, many selections. Appreciated the little details; water bottles available for customers, when needed; and complementary care basket we found in our room with assortment of snacks.
Liked the staff and day manager.

The location is great. The personal in general is very nice but since we had reserved 2 months and a half ago in advance we were very deceived that they put us in a low quality room the first night, on the first floor next to the reception. It was very small, dark, noisy and it was missing items like the safe and the coffee maker. Before even seing the room the guy at the desk told me softly in the ear that he would give us a better room the day after. It felt strange but I did not comment.
