Great location rooms clean and small good breakfast selection. Staff very friendly.
Whilst the location is handy, the hotel itself needs a refresh, it's become a bit rundown and isn't the cleanest. However, the staff at the front counter were very pleasant, and always helpful.
Room was super clean and the bed was actually so soft and good after a long and tiring day.

I wasn’t expecting too much because its HolidayInn but our experience was amazing! The staff were really friendly and helpful, breakfast was great; stayed for 3 days and every morning they served diff breakfast. Room was clean, our AC was working properly and complete amenities, It says on the description Time Square is only 13 min walk but its about 20 mins walk, walkable to some attractions and 3-5 minutes walk from the Subway. Great location
Very nice room. Clean and efficient. A little smaller than what we’re used to seeing. No coffee maker or fridge. Was told by a cleaning person we should have asked and we would have been given both. Not sure why we weren’t asked if we wanted one when we checked in. We assumed all rooms didn’t have them. Other than that the stay was great!
